My name is Muryal Braun. I am a recently retired 83 year old

Muryal Braun
nurse and have been involved in independent nutritional research for over 40 years.
Healthy living is one of my passions. I believe if you are concerned about your health you must be active in achieving it.
Your health is too precious to ignore.
I also believe that God gave us bodies to serve Him and gives us the responsibility to care for them.
I know I took my health for granted for many years until I nearly died at age 39. That began my many years of nutritional research.
For years I had pitied my diabetic friends because most of them gave up desserts almost completely. I thought that would be impossible for me to do. So you can only imagine how hard it was for me when I decided to live without cane sugar. I had learned that sugar was a major contributor to every chronic illness, including cancer and heart disease.
At first, it was to regain my health after my serious illness, but later for the sake of preventing all the chronic illnesses that I saw my older friends developing.
I tried to put in my mouth only the foods that would build health. It was quite a challenge at first because dessert was my favorite part of the meal. I tried to use sugar substitutes and got pretty much accustomed to that, but none of them were great substitutes.
But guess what? NOW there is a REAL SUGAR, called Erythritol that tastes the same as the unhealthy cane and beet sugars and it measures the same for cooking and baking. But it is GOOD FOR YOU!
The reason for this website is to share some of the recipes I have developed.
May you have abundant health,
Muryal Braun

I would like to know if you think Erythritol feeds Candida albicans
Thank you for your question. I do not believe Erythritol feeds Candida because it does not stay in the intestines as ordinary table sugar does.
